Please accept our apologies for the issue you experienced. We are unsure why your order was not dispatched for delivery on the correct date but it does look like an administration error caused by the stock only just arriving in and the item being listed as out of stock. We can see the item was dispatched on a free of charge upgraded Saturday delivery once we became aware of the issue. We do advise within our delivery information that the delivery is a one man curb side delivery and the driver may require assistance with larger items.
We do not like to see any customer go away having had a poor experience and have emailed you to try and resolve the concern you have raised.
