Excellent product and service

Great to hear the service and response was to your satisfaction and the engineer who attended your property was friendly and efficient. As for costs, we do always do a free survey and provide a no obligation quotation before any work is carried out.
Please keep the receipt safe as that will serve as your warranty for all parts and labour should anything happen during that period.

Good Afternoon,
Thank you for your response; yes indeed you did give a price of £415 over the phone, added to that later came £125 (ish) for a new cable run then added to that VAT which as a domestic customer I didn't realise that VAT was not included (perhaps I should) which then took the cost from the £415 quoted to the £642 that I eventually paid. I accept there may have been reasons, however it was to late with the engineer already on the roof working not to pay the unexpected extra £125 for the new cable then of course the VAT which I hadn't realised and that may have been my fault. However I still believe that £641 for a replacement aerial and two cable a considerable sum.
Again I will also say that the engineer was a really lovely chap who worked hard and resolved all the issues, and your service was fast efficient and effective it really is just the cost.
