Very quick response, problem fixed in a few hours

The engineer arrived within two hours of my call and was very friendly, he fixed the problem straight away.

Very efficient and knowledgeable. Pleasant young man. But a little expensive, I thought. My tv needed retuning and the cost was £69 +VAT. The engineer was there for approximately 10mins.
