Respected a current client and did not try to rip off with extortionate auto renewals. I always renew manually but found no reason to move my custom to elsewhere, so this time I auto renewed.

They sent a reminder but when we failed to acknowledge it they rolled the policy over and took the payment. I feel that if the policyholder has not responded then the policy should end on the expiry...
