Hi Kelsey, I think Alicia knows the background of the case regarding the call with the other rep. Please touch base with her. Alicia has emailed me separately regarding my feedback. Please amend that part where I mentioned buffet breakfast, sorry it was continental breakfast by the poolside, but we didn't get that. I have explained details to Alicia. Again please check with her.
