Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Ho sbagliato la misura, ho rispedito le scarpe al mittente con Posta Italiana Ordinaria. Bass mi dice che non sono arrivate, Posta Italiana dice che sono state consegnate. Morale: ho perso le scarpe....

Following a conversation with the Italian courier service. As the parcel was not dispatched from ourselves the responsibility is with the customer to track the parcel. If you would like to supply us with the tracking number you received, we are more than happy to try and talk to the Italian courier company again, but fear that they may say the same thing. I picked wrong size. Shoes are lovely but I couldn't return them as had worn them once.

That is a shame that you had already worn your shoes. If they are a bit small, have you tried taking them to a cobblers to see if that are able to stretch the leather for you? or you could invest in some shoe trees. If they are too big, I find that an insole takes the shoes up at least 1/2 a size. Hope this helps, feel free to email info@overlandshoes.co.uk if you need any further assistance.
