Hi there,Many thanks for your feedback.I am sorry to hear that you feel disappointed with the shipping service options and prices offered to you for your shipment from our EU warehouse. Most courier services determine the cost of shipping by either the actual weight of the goods or the volumetric weight of the package (size of the package)- whichever is greater. I do believe you did save a sufficient amount on the original shipping price for your goods by requesting combine and repack, prior to shipping, because the combined volumetric weight of your goods in their original 2 packages, prior to repacking, calculated to 6.3 kg whereas the volumetric weight/size of the combined goods in your optimized package after repacking calculated to 3.81 kg. Therefore I feel that the combine and repack service of the goods in your package was completed sufficiently and by consolidating your items into one piece had decreased the overall chargeable weight of your package down by half and offered you a saving of almost £30.00.I hope the information I have provided to you is useful and it helps you reconsider your current rating for our services. If you have any more questions or concerns relating to our combine and repack service or any other features from your account please do not hesitate to get back in touch with our Customer experience team via email and one of our agents will be more than happy to assist you further.Kind RegardsHayley
