However I see that you have not reported this to our Customer Services, its always important to report any damages on receipt of the goods so we can open a full investigation to what has happened. I have also noticed that you have not requested us to repack your goods before shipping, when shipping delicate items it is always a good idea to choose this service so we can add additional packaging before shipping. When shipping internationally packages are handled many times and domestic packaging isn't always robust enough to ship goods overseas. I'm sorry to hear that you feel our service is overpriced, forward2me constantly work with our couriers to ensure that the cost of shipping is competitive ensuring that our customers obtain the maximum value when shipping with us. However the price paid for shipping also includes the use of the address, the acceptance, processing, storage of your parcels until shipping and all export paperwork required on dispatch. I see that your shipment did however contain low value goods so the shipping price may have looked high in comparison to the value of the goods. Many of our customers use the 30 days free storage period to collate multiple purchases in their account and ship them as a consolidated shipment. This does make our service much more cost effective. forward2me are currently looking at brining on some further budget services so hopefully this will give customers looking to ship lower value goods more options for shipping. The cost of shipping includes, the use of your forward2me address, the receipt, processing, storage of your goods until shipping and the preparation of all export documents when on dispatch.
