Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Vi kontrollerar att omdömena kommer från verkliga kunder genom att matcha dem med en försäljning eller transaktion. Kunderna erbjuds att lämna ett omdöme bara när de har köpt något från företaget.

Hur hanterar vi falska omdömen?

Thanks for the feedback. We do provide a premium service that is tracked, contains basic insurance and has short delivery times. If you have found a company that is providing an equivalent level of service - i.e. they're not just throwing the package in the post in the same condition as they receive it (we repackage items appropriately and complete the export paperwork comprehensively) then we would be happy to price match - please just get in touch. In situations where the best possible price is needed but for the same level of service we recommend consolidating a few items into the same shipment and sending them together - this always works out cheaper.
