Thank you for your feedback and I am so sorry you had to wait such a long time to get through on the phone. We have had such an unprecedented call volume and despite the fact we had everyone taking calls - there were still times when our guests struggled to get through. We are now heading back to normal call levels and you will find you will be able to get through to us now without a problem. We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful location in Argyll in November.

The peaceful wooded area where the Lodge was positioned. The staff were kind & helpful, we loved the whole experience together, especially being with our dog.

We love this place. The booking in process was effortless. The retreat staff were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. Regular checks of the hot tub. All make for a peaceful, relaxing week x
