Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Vi kontrollerar att omdömena kommer från verkliga kunder genom att matcha dem med en försäljning eller transaktion. Kunderna erbjuds att lämna ett omdöme bara när de har köpt något från företaget.

Scheduled delivery of equipment within quoted time. Contract change over by phone for an existing customer as I am is not ideal as all bank details have to be given again, not a recommended procedure...

With regards to the bank details these have to be resubmitted as per the bank to be authenticated for every contract, the details are on a secure banking system for every transaction. We are very pleased you like the sound and picture on the television, happy watching.

Good service some improvements

I would and have recommended Forbes. They are prompt with their service . I don't find the workman particularly nice.
