Course material is really clear and well thought out. Instructors were excellent with a lot of background knowledge. Facility was great.
Was OK, the feedback and communication of what would happen was poor though. A 5 minute conversation on the phone every few weeks does not really count as tutor support.

Great to speak to you earlier. I’m sorry again you didn’t feel supported. As promised I’ve looked into how we can improve. I’ve updated the course information on the website as well as the tutors email signatures, so hopefully it’s much clearer that we’re here if you need us.
