Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

11½ hrs delay on departure was not good. Service was fine and airline staff good.

Fly Direct are disappointed to note your comments, the Hotel has been featured in our Brochure for several years with little or no adverse feedback. As a result of your feedback we will monitor our feedback questionnaires closely and review the property for our 2015 programme. With regard to the cost of Sunbeds and Umbrellas on the beach,it is common practice to charge for these facilities unfortunately we have no control over the cost of these. Thank you for taking the time to respond, we take all comments positive and negative seriously and use them for forward planning with our brochure Yours sincerely Celine Bentley Customer Services Manager

we are disappointed to note your comments in relation to the Santa P9onsa/Pionero, it has been in our programme for many years and has always proved a popular choice, with many clients returning year after year. To date we have not received any other adverse comments, however we will closely monitor our feedback questionnaires about this property and will review it for 2015. Thank you for taking the time to respond, we take all comments about our service and product very seriously, positive and negative and they are used in the planning of our future programmes. Yours sincerely Celine Bentley Customer Services Manager

I am behind any company that offers a way of getting off 'The Rock' without having to travel to England first! What a pleasure to board a plane and arrive at our destination two hours later!

It has become apparent that there were 8 people, travelling in 4 separate groups to Malaga airport independently. Could you not have thought of contacting us to see if we wanted to transfer to Puerto banus and back to the airport as one transfer to reduce costs?

Delighted to hear your flights and overall holiday were enjoyable. It is not Company Policy to offer transfers from Malaga Airport to Marbella as a lot of clients hire a car for the duration or some part of their holiday. next year transfers will be included in the package Yours sincerely Celine Bentley Customer Services Manager
