The plane & crew were such an improvement on the Malaga flight we usually do. But the pressure in the plane was so bad that for 3 days on arrival my ears and head were very badly affected. On our...

Many Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you found the pressure uncomfortable on the flight; this is the first feedback we've had of this nature, so we will bring it up with the airline. We hope that this does not discourage you from travelling with us again in future. Please note that we now operate a more comfortable jet aircraft on our Malaga route.

This is actually Mrs Boothman & I appreciate your comments. It is very good news about the Malaga flight & I would be interested to know what the airlines response is to my issue. Thank you for your quick response.

Hello again, we have heard back from the airline who have apologised for your discomfort both during and after the flight due to the aircraft pressure. They have said they aren't aware of anything unusual on the flight and hope that you are now feeling much better. However I appreciate for you this has been a more unusual experience. I'm sorry that we're not able to offer more insight and we too hope that your hearing has returned to normal.

Very good and efficient service. Only complaint is he flight times. It would be more accurate to say due to this it only gives you 6 days instead of 7.

Many Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you found our direct flights expensive. Our flight prices, as with the majority of airlines, start at a lower price when we go on sale and increase in line with demand. We usually go on sale for the following Summer in early November, which is when the best flight prices, along with hotel early booking offers, will be available.
