Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Vi kontrollerar att omdömena kommer från verkliga kunder genom att matcha dem med en försäljning eller transaktion. Kunderna erbjuds att lämna ett omdöme bara när de har köpt något från företaget.

Hur hanterar vi falska omdömen?

You have to pack light.

Large queue st Jersey airport & not enough staff to get everyone through in time. Airline staff great & plane comfortable. Direct trip was Very convenient especially with a small child. The 15kg case...

Very good service with no hassle, much better than going through Gatwick. The only problem was that if you arrive at the airport more than 2 hours ahead (when check in opens) there is very limited...

It was not their fault there was 2 hours delay which we understand was due to French Air Traffic Control and yes we would use them again.

Generally good but our change of address was not noted even though we advised the office of this twice. Our travel documents were sent to our old address.

The check in for flights needs to be improved , particularly at Jersey which is really slow . Long queues even when you get there well in advance of time specified . No Fly Direct rep at departures...
