Hur samlas Feefo-omdömen in?

Convenient and Efficient Service

Easy to deal with and no problems. Answered queries quickly and provided good advice. Avoiding the hassle of transit through UK a big plus point in these covid times.

Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry to hear your comments regarding your hotel food choices and we will pas these on to our partners in Majorca. On Saturday morning there was some particularly bad weather over France which delayed our first flight down to Spain in the morning, this then had a knock on effect to our other flights that day. I am sorry if at Palma airport these delays were not communicated clearly to our clients. We hope this has not deterred you from using the FlyDirect service on another occasion.

Vad Mr A Pitcher sa om FlyDirect:

VERY convenient

Convenience of direct flights is marvellous. 20kg luggage allowance is too low though. Very comfortable plane. More leg room and space than usual. Keep using the Embraer.
