Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Vi kontrollerar att omdömena kommer från verkliga kunder genom att matcha dem med en försäljning eller transaktion. Kunderna erbjuds att lämna ett omdöme bara när de har köpt något från företaget.

Lovely holiday

Flight delayed outbound and extremely long wait for bags on return. Some confusion around expensive 'private' transfers.

Very poor hotel

Booking etc was easy but I don't think much of the description of the hotel as it was. It sounded lovely but in reality it was more like a 2 star not a 4 star hotel

Many Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with our service. Your pre-departure information was sent automatically on 2nd September, but we have had some issues with the Manx.net system identifying these emails as spam, which is something we are continuing to work on with them. Unfortunately as they don't bounce back to us we don't know which have been received and which haven't. With regards your transfers, our customer service team are already investigating what happened here, and will revert back to you as soon as they have a response from our transfer providers.

Convenience - not having to travel via UK airport made a huge difference.

Would certainly recommend. Good service, huge choice of accommodation, convenience travelling directly - will use again.
