Hur samlas Feefo-omdömen in?

Amazing time and cost saving direct flights!

Excellent service direct from jersey to Spain, so easy, especially with children and very reasonably priced too! Saves so much wasted time going via London. Looking at our next direct trip away!

From booking to flying, everything was easy!

Easy booking system & automatic reminder to pay balance which is helpful. Flight times were good and all flights on time. So much easier than flying via London!

Hotel spoilt the holiday.

I was on a weeks holiday from the 15/10-22/10. The Hotel was a disaster for me. The food was ok and the hotel was spotless. I really think Flydirect should warn people about the Atalaya Park,...

Many Thanks for your feedback. We're so sorry to hear that you found the hotel unsuitable for you. We do market the property as a large hotel with many facilities, but appreciate that this is not for everyone. Had we been aware of this during your stay we could have enquired with the hotel about changing you to a room closer to the public areas. We do hope that you'll travel with us again in the future, and will be on hand to suggest a smaller hotel property more suited to your requirements.
