I know that Ally has been in touch with you regarding the Stein am Rhein/Gailingen issue and I'm sorry that this marred an otherwise highly enjoyable holiday. Having brought the issue to our attention, we are now working closely with our local suppliers to solve this issue for future customers.

I'm very sorry for the issues you experienced on this tour and appreciate the time taken to provide more details to me over the phone. Thanks for the positive feedback and sorry to hear some of the directions were wrong. Our local supplier checks them regularly but if you could get in touch and let us know where he problems were exactly then we can look into this and get them corrected.
