Flexitreks Omdömen

Thanks for the review Graham and I'm glad we were able to resolve the accommodation issue to your satisfaction.

Many thanks for the review. I'm very sorry that the holiday did not get off to the best of starts and can only apologise for the young lady's casual and offhand manner. Odometers are not standard issue on this particular tour but I'm glad the man in the shop was able to provide you with some at no extra charge.

Thanks for taking the time to provide such a lovely review. We love the MS Normandie too, her fan base seems to be growing fast!

We really appreciate the wonderful review and look forward to helping you select another quiet corner of Europe for your next cycling holiday.

Thanks for the feedback Antonella and we're glad you had such a good time. As the images show on our website, the cabins are a little on the small side, especially compared to the boat you travelled on last year. This is the first time we've received negative comments about the food however and rest assured this will be passed on to the crew.

Always a pleasure Steve and many thanks for the lovely review

Many thanks for taking the time to provide such a detailed review. We're so glad you enjoyed the trip so much and look forward to assisting you with planning your next cycling holiday.

Many thanks. Sorry to read that you found the Arcachon hotel to be a little lacking. It's  the first negative feedback we've received for this property but rest assured  we'll be monitoring future guests feedback closely.

Glad you enjoyed it Alistair and that we made you laugh!

Thanks for the feedback Thomas. Yes, our tours are organised in conjunction with local suppliers as they have the necessary infrastructure to provide an excellent level of support on the ground. The single supplement of 225GBP reflected the additional charge that the hotel would have levied on us had we officially converted your booking to a single room.
