Flexitreks Omdömen

We're very sorry about the chaotic start to your holiday but glad you enjoyed it once you got going.

Thanks James. Yes, I got caught out by that afternoon headwind between Bolzano and Trento too. Early start recommended that day for sure!

Thanks for the lovely review John. The maps and route notes are reviewed at the start of each season so hopefully the issues you experienced will be ironed out then. While we don't like to hear that our guests have got lost, it does happen every now and then and at such times it's nice to know that local assistance is only a phone call away.

So glad you and your party enjoyed it. This has to be one of the best active holidays for different generations to enjoy together.

Thanks Kenny. Not sure if you're saying it was a weak signal or hard to follow route exiting Geneva. Regardless, we've  asked our local guy to test it himself and amend if necessary.

Glad you enjoyed your first cycling holiday experience Kelvin. Message received regarding last hotel and signage - we'll review these areas for next season.

Glad you enjoyed your Dalmatia Bike and Boat adventure Colleen and hopefully the bartender got the message with your present. Your suggestions regarding the wine make sense and we'll suggest this to the operator for next year.

Thanks for the review Andrew. Yes, the Primadonna is unique in that she is marketed to non-cyclists as well as cyclists on certain departure dates. Often there's a pretty even mix on board but not always. We agree with you that it's nicer to move on each day and for 2018 the Primadonna's itinerary has been changed to allow this.

Really appreciate your constructive feedback Carole. A couple of other customers have made similar comments about the food so we'll discuss this with the operator for next season. Ally and I actually did the same trip the week after you and only recall a couple of sections on busy roads, the rest were pretty quiet - maybe some weeks are slightly busier than others.

Glad you enjoyed the holiday despite the heat. Also, Ally wants you to know tha she really appreciates the lovely comments about her service.
