Tried to contact for help setting up, couldn’t ever connect with anyone who could help me. While router is working, I had to reset it and I am not convinced that it is working properly.

Glad to know you're enjoying your router! We should note, everyone's set up is different, so performance will vary from person to person. Factors like how much area you're looking to cover with Wi-Fi, where the router is located, and what material your walls are made of all affect the performance of the router.

Overall everything went well, no complaints. I have used Nord VPN for a while and moving to the router that integrates Nord was a fairly simple transition.
