Hi Katie - thank you for your feedback. OvuSense can give you advance notice that you are going to ovulate the next day. Looking at you most recent cycle, unfortunately there was some missing data. The Sensor must be worn every day from when your period finishes, right up until you get confirmation of ovulation. If you miss data, this can mean that the App is unable to notify you that ovulation is about to occur. I have looked at your data and can see that the confirmation was incorrect for cycle 1, customer support can ask for this to be removed so that the app can provide the correct confirmation. Quick to respond
They were quick to respond when I had a faulty sensor once we got through the automated email section. A new sensor arrived pretty quickly.
