With regards our delivery teams wearing shoe covers, it does unfortunately pose a health and safety risk when carrying heavy objects so our delivery teams no longer wear them. We do advise our customers to cover their carpets in the care guide that is handed out with your order, but we will raise this with our in store teams to make sure that our customers are made aware of this in advance of a delivery.
