Thank you for the Feefo feedback. We are sorry the delivery did not go as planned. While I am confident in saying we do try our very best, the delivery of our packages is always a source of anxiety because once they have left our workshop their journey is substantially outside our control. When an order is ready to dispatch we always call our customers to ask which day is best for them to receive their order, using a next-day service. On occasion the weather or an error made by the courier holds things up. I believe the latter affected you.

Thank you for such positive comments, now nearly 11 months after completion. For the benefit of some readers I hope the following helps explain those price increases. Originally we discussed DIY prices. Then this switched to Fitted By Us (supply & fit). When customers are far afield we try estimating from photos. Naturally we often find new information when making our first visit, and this applied here, and not minor unfortunately. Happily we had the expertise to deal with those challenges! I did on this occasion also make a mistake: a matter of several hundred pounds, which I spotted and this required me to re-quote, before settling our agreement. As always with our customers, in the end we agreed a fixed price quotation valid for 10 days.
