Thank you for your feedback. If you would like to contact us we can probably advise you how to deal with "spaces in the seal". It is not at all tricky to resolve. Sealing issues usually arise if the frame is bumpy in places (bottom corners are the normal culprits), or the frame has twisted here and there out-of-plane with the rest of the glazing (again such errors tend to be near the bottom of a sash window).
