Hi Caroline, thank you for your feedback on your trip with us. With our US trips there is a lot of camping, driving, guiding - inclusive of the cooking and walks - which the leaders take in their stride to great reviews. As such, as this trip being hotel based only involves driving and walks its considered light on the duties by the guides and normally enjoyed as such. So it was a shame to hear that you felt it divided your leaders attentions as its not something that has come up before but as we want our customers to feel well looked after by our leaders we will keep an eye on this.

Hi, were sorry if we've given you this impression, please be assured this is not the case. However it might be helpful to explain that the joining arrangements for this particular trip are slightly unusual. You were correctly advised that currently the flight schedules on offer by most airlines from the UK to Tsibili means that youll arrive in the early hours of Day 2. With this in mind, we have left Day 1 as a joining day, as we do have customers flying in on earlier flights from other destinations around the world. That being said, I apologise if you did not receive the leisurely start as described or that your leader wasnt as forthcoming with information. We will discuss your feedback with him and ask that he be more mindful of flight arrival times and ensure that he is communicating clearly on itinerary plans and driving distances.

Hi Bryan, Thank you for your feedback. We do visit two monasteries on this trip, though one is an overnight stay which is an unusual take on a visit. There are a number of churches, all are notable though to break them up we do intermingle them with bazars, palaces and fortresses. Most are centrally located so if you would rather peruse the town near the site that's always a possibility. There is only one included dinner, so its always worth mentioning to the leader if you would rather eat as a group.
