Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Vi kontrollerar att omdömena kommer från verkliga kunder genom att matcha dem med en försäljning eller transaktion. Kunderna erbjuds att lämna ett omdöme bara när de har köpt något från företaget.

Hur hanterar vi falska omdömen?

Hi Berta, thanks for taking the time to feed back to us and I'm sorry to read your comments. Currently, the hotel that you're referring to is the best option available to us for a number of reasons logistically, however I am sorry that you found it so noisy. Our Product and Operations Managers have endeavoured to review this feedback and where necessary, and of course possible changes may well be made in the future. Great trip. Lovely landscape, great sense of camaraderie on pilgrim route.

The Camino itself is a rich experience.Our guide Els did a great job managing a very diverse group with some 'special needs'.
