One couple found it physically challenging and put some pressure on guides

The guides were excellent including guides for specific parts of the trip - especially at Beirut Museum and Baal Beck.

The whole tour was well maintained. The guide and driver were excellent. It was a blessing to see all this wildlife in their natural setting. Loved it.

A great trip all round. Beautiful country, challenging (but achievable) cycling, great wine, good food, great company and very well led by Jakov and Zoran.

See above. Booking process was poor.

Admin at time of booking was not good. Although I had given the ref number for a friend to gain a discount this was not given. I was amazed not to receive an email confirming my booking. Any other...

Hi, thank you for your comments however I'm sorry to hear this. Upon reviewing your booking, I believe the booking confirmation wasn't despatched to you as promptly as usual and this is due to the fact that the discount code does have to be administered by a separate team and this is turn slows the process down a little I am sorry if this was not clearly explained to you so that expectations were better managed. Upon querying this matter, I can see that my colleague ensured that this was then resent out to you and in regards to your payment receipt, its certainly extremely unusual for this to take so long to reach you, were truly sorry for this and this is certainly not the norm. Next time you call us, it may be worth ensuring with the team that your personal details and marketing preferences are all correctly set up, to minimise the risk of the same issues occurring in the future.
