Veryhelpful concerning pickup and drop-offtimes as I had booked my own flig

The walks were an ideal length and degree of difficulty. Accommodation was good and the tour leader (Joe Mallia) was excellent.

Two locations worked well. A day exploring old Lisbon was enjoyable. Good choice of walks, but some of the walks could have been longer. Excellent tour leader

the trip was great , the experience with people not that good.

the actual tour was good , great places to see and very interesting. The trouble with this tour was i was the only male with 3 females who did not wish to gell into a group ,and i was the odd one out...

Hi, thank you for your thoughts on your recent trip with us. Your tour was a specifically guaranteed departure – therefore unless there is exceptional extenuating circumstances the trip will always run. With this in mind we do not call customers to advise of the numbers booked - as they have chosen a guaranteed trip under the assurance it will categorically run. Whilst I appreciate your thoughts being the lone male on this departure we wouldn’t change this approach regardless of the gender make up the group. This is for a twofold reason – One - We ultimately are not able to control what gender, and in what number, people book on a trip and Two - we can’t ever assume in what number a single gender will affect a group a dynamic.

Clear advice when we phoned with questions about the trip before booking. It was also easy to contact them by phone. My dietary needs were relayed accurately to the tour guide.
