Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Hello Neil, thank you for your comments however I am truly sorry to hear that this was the case. I have in turn passed on your feedback and concerns to our Self-Guided Programme Manager, and Operations Team to review as a matter of urgency, in conjunction with our Local Ground Agent. Once again, I do apologise, and in regards to your previous experience too upon being notified of some changes outside of our control, updates were made where appropriate at the time. Customer service was good

The holiday was good, but not as amazing as we hoped for. The substitute breakfast was poor (but we were ok getting up at 6am.) Lunch was also not that good
