Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

I initially tried to book another trip, but due to errors with the website this was impossible. Upon contacting Explore they did apologise, but it meant I spent many hours looking at flight options...

Hello and thank you for your comments. I am sorry that the pricing on the website was not clear for you. Solo travellers doing a self guided trip do incur a separate cost, which we do advise and confirm before proceeding with the booking online. As such this wasn't a error on the website, but i do apologise you were inconvenienced.
