As soon as hotel booking is made we immediately send the hotel your reservation details via a secure on-line system or for hotels unable to utilize this system we flag your reservation via both fax & email to the hotel. If a hotel fails to confirm your reservation we have a team in place that outreaches to the hotel to ensure that your reservation is confirmed. Your feedback is hugely valuable as it assists us in ensuring that we're aware of hotels that aren't honouring confirmed reservations or who haven't acted upon reservations that we've notified them of.
