Would definitely use Engweld again, would be helpful to have an estimated delivery date in the invoice. Other than that very quick and helpful response with emails.

Hi Jon, thank you for your feedback, I tried to call earlier but appreciate you will be at work now. Your are absolutely right in your review, our website stated quantity 10, but in fact the price was for a pair. I do apologise for this mistake on our part, i have now corrected the images and technical specs on both filters we sell for the stealth respirator masks to reflect this.

In regards to the bradford branch, the order did go through to them originally based on your post code being the closest branch to them but they subsequently had no stock so our Hull branch mailed this out for you which is why they had no record of the order at their branch.

As a gesture of good will i have put 2 x packs of N/o filters in the post for you and apologise for any inconvienience caused with your order.

Great Company, Awful Courier
EngWeld were excellent, website was good and very helpful customer service tracking my delivery. I had an issue with the courier, FedEx. They didn't deliver! I had to collect (2hr round trip) and...

We're really sorry to hear about your unsatisying experience with our delivery partner FedEx, as per my email earlier this is not the level of service we expect from our courier and we take feedback like this very seriously.
