To clarify misleading with your rental first of all we would like to remind you that booking has been processed by you independently and that during making booking you choose additional option from Booking Group such as Full Excess Protection which was not mandatory. In terms and conditions was clearly stated that this option does not spreads on Rental Companies terms and does not abolish insurances and sequrity deposit from supplier.
However, please send us your query on email support@bookinggroup.com and we will investigate your query with rental company Sicxt and request documents concern your booking (invoice and signed rental agreement). The incorrect charge ( if it will be confirmed) we will issue a refund of your credit card.
