This is the second time we have used EcoHydra. A wonderful range of products for my daughter who has contact dermatitis on her hands. The creams are soothing and light and the50ml hand spray and foam...
Hasn't arrived so I am miffed off that they offer free delivery but its being 6 days and I have nothing their delivery record is saw inconsistent

Hi Peter, we appreciate all forms of feedback and always take our customers comments on board. Unfortunately deliveries are taking longer than we would expect due the current driver shortage and fuel situation and although this is not ideal unfortunately this is out of our control.

They explained why my parcel was late and I excepted their answer maybe use DPD or Hermes next time or give us a choice of courier at the checkout process
