Thank you for your feedback relating to your recent order with Easy Gloves. It was very disappointing to read that you did not receive your order. I have checked with the courier and they tried to deliver on the 9th Jan but failed due to adverse weather. However as advised no further attempts have been made. Thank you for liaising with me and allowing us to resolve this for you. As discussed i have arranged for a full refund back to your original method of payment. Firstly apologies that your order was sent yet again with EVRI as yes there is a note on your account to use an alternative carrier which has now been updated to appear on the labelling system ! I have also resent your order today for delivery tomorrow with the other courier. Please do advise us directly if you experience any further issues with this order. However we do send out hundreds of consignments on a weekly basis with EVRI which are delivered within the agreed timescales. Thank you for your valued custom.
