easyfinancial Omdömen

We regret that your experience with our branch did not meet your expectations. The benefits included in your loan agreement are reflected in the total amount and are deducted from your funds accordingly. For instance, the first premium of the loan protection plan is charged from the funding amount to ensure coverage before the initial payment is made. Additionally, the easyadvantage plus service involves a one-time deduction for a specified duration. However, please note that these services are optional and refundable. The loan protection plan can be refunded if canceled within 30 days of the funding date. The easyadvantage plus is also refundable within its terms. If you wish to opt out of any of these services, please kindly reach out to our customer service team at 1-888-502-3279. Our team is available from Mon-Fri: 8 am to 8 pm and Sat-Sun: 10 am to 6:30 pm EST.
