Thank you for your feedback Alex. We're very sorry to hear that you've had a bad experience with our booking service. I have looked into our Feefo review process to ensure clients can freely leave feedback and can see from the system that a review link was emailed to yourself on the 12th January, prior to the training course taking place. As you were unable to locate this, your request for a new link was actioned on the same day which I feel is an acceptable timeframe. The 1 day PASMA Tower Course requires delegates to successfully pass the theory element of training in order to proceed to the practical section of building a tower. Unfortunately in this instance the delegate did not pass the test paper and was therefore unable to complete the full course. A discounted re-book was offered with additional assistance for the delegate. I understand your frustration but hope you can appreciate the training centre have to follow the strict PASMA guidelines in order to maintain their accreditation. If you would like to take the offer of the discounted re-book for this student please do get in touch with the team who will be happy to assist. Best Regards, Lucy
