Thank you Amy for sending a new appliance which I received today. I am really sorry to have given negative feedback not realising that your contact system was down. I havn't used it yet but I am sure we are going to be very happy with the Heater.

We have been using this appliance for a few months now and it really is a great heater, we have a large kitchen and can feel the effect within a few minutes. It gives heat out from both sides and is also silent. Very satisfied customer.

Broke after 2-3 use
The removable cup has cracked in so many places and it doesn't work. Hardly used it twice or thrice. Very disappointed.
