We have requested the details of the deposits taken from our Supplier. We can in the meantime confirm that all Security deposits and Excess amounts were communicated on our website and in the email correspondence provided.
We apologise for the delay and once we receive confirmation of the relevant amounts, we will revert with more feedback.

We apologise for the delay, we have received feedback form our Supplier and can confirm that the amount reserved for the Security deposit corresponds with the details on our website as well as the quotation provided by our Consultant.
They have also confirmed that the bank has scheduled the release of your deposit for today. Should you have any further queries you may contact your bank directly

Needed assistance with in 12 hrs of travelling and the team equal to the task.
Drive SA service was good, although I didn't get the vehicle i wanted, and I am definitely going to use their service again, and I have recommended their service to friends and family.
I hired a car to travel in Cape Region. Originally the offer was a Nissan Quashqai. Later it appeared to be an Mitsubishi ASX and in the end it was a Renault Duster. That was odd and I think not...

With regards to the vehicle, we are sorry that you did not receive the vehicle you had anticipated. With our car rental suppliers we are only able to confirm vehicle groups and we can confirm that the Duster falls within the same group as the Qashqai and that this was indicated from your initial enquiry on our website.
We are otherwise delighted to hear that you were happy with the overall experience and service received from us and our Supplier.
