Hi, As you are aware, as you have registered to study for a professional qualification with The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, we are required to order your materials directly from CILT. The Institute controls the timescales for the provision of this material, unfortunately, here at DLC we are unable to make this happen any quicker. We process your order as soon as you have completed your course enrolment. Please be assured this is no reflection on the level of support and service you will receive from DLC as you progress through your studies and we have passed your concerns to the Institute. We would also add, CILT qualifications are globally recognised and highly regarded and therefore will provide you with untold benefits once you complete your course. In terms of your course time, as explained in your welcome email, DLC Training add additional time to your course duration should you have any delays getting started (such as waiting for your material to be issued).
