Firstly we are extremely sorry the goods have not arrived. The order was dispatched on the 24th on Express service so should have arrived yesterday. I have contacted TNT who confirmed there was a delay due to some internal issue and I have been assured you will receive the order tomorrow.
As a gesture of goodwill we have just refunded the postage costs from your order.
