Good, but a hiccup
Service was good and product is good for my needs. The invoice was for about £25, fine. When the parcel arrived i was charged another 29€ (sbout £25) again. I don’t know why?

Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. As this was an export order this additional charge was unfortunately your local taxies & duties.
Some Items not in stock after payment, slow refund
Some of the ordered items were not in stock after payment, it then took 18 days and 3 or 4 phone calls to get my refund!

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback and apologies for this order not being processed as would be usual. Unfortunately our return procedure on this occasion did take longer than usual.
First purchase, I did return the alarm, as there was a crackling sound.
Second purchase, there were no problems.
