great web page and was nice to have the variety of choice price wise and look wise... my budget is not always big so I was glad that I could st ill do something nice within my budget. Thank you

although we are pleased the florist quickly replaced the flowers for you. We apologise for not following up with any customer service emails from our UK office. the florist did take a photo of your delivery. We are sorry if you did not receive it. Maybe hotmail marked it as spam? We will send the photo again so you can see what was delivered.
