For rug returns, we offer a collection service, where UPS will collect the rug and return it back to our warehouse (please see the returns information page for our full policy). Whilst we do our utmost to ensure our photographs offer a true representation of colour, different lighting during photography, and differing screen resolutions can sometimes make products appear slightly different to our photographs. However, if you feel the product has been misrepresented, following our terms and conditions, we will arrange for the rug to be collected from you. Regarding your other comment, we are currently looking into expanding our online products, and regularly add new lines.
