Our staff undergo regular product training, and monitoring, in order to provide the best assistance and support to our customers however in this instance it would seem as you feel we have not presented this. We appreciate your comments, and apologise for this. Currently samples are not available to order through our website, however If you would like us to arrange a fabric and wallpaper consultation in our Kings Road showroom, where cutting samples are available to take away with you, please let me know, and we will arrange for a senior member of staff to assist you.
