Consideramos que el precio que se ofrece por las fotografías es justo, ya que no se trata de imágenes obtenidas por medios automáticos, como lo es en otro tipo de experiencias o instalaciones (parques temáticos, juegos mecánicos, etc). Nuestro servicio es un estudio profesional de fotografía con equipo y personal calificado. El precio también tiene que ver con el valor de productos similares en la misma plaza y nuestros precios están en niveles competitivos para Cancún y la Riviera Maya. Plazas como Hawaii o Los Cabos tienen precios más altos por productos equivalentes.

The experience with the dolphins was good. The check-in process was difficult. We were late because we were told to be at the wrong location at the Hyatt hotel.
Estan más preocupados por vender el paquete de fotos que en hacer una buena experiencia a los visitantes

The best experience ever for the whole family including kids and grandparents. Would definitely recommend. Great facilities and the Delphinus team really takes great care of the dolphins.
I thought that it was terrible that my kids (age 11 and 13) were taken out on a 100 yard dock-into the ocean- (a football field length from the shore)- and we were not allowed to stand on the dock...
The most amazing place from facility to staff and the most amazing experience ever. Hands down come here and enjoy this! best place to go. We will be back. Only bad thing is the picture/video...
