Our Advisors offer free advice on all these solutions and also have to explain fully in line with regulatory requirements all the associated implications to anyone who chooses to speak with them further about those. There is also a 14 day cooling off period when, on occasion, someone changes their mind about a product they originally agreed was right for their circumstances and all cancellations notified to us in that timescale receive a full refund of payments made.
