Thanks for your recent orders and feedback. I can see you've made two orders with us - April 30th and June 9th. Both were dispatched within 24hrs of your order being placed. I can see the review on June 16th so presumably you got your order from June 9th within 6-7 days from the UK to Canada which hopefully is quite speedy for a non courier and low cost postal service (£4). We're sorry if the April 30th order took longer to arrive, sadly once the package has left us we are in the hands of the postal service and it appears this delivery may have taken some time to get through the Canadian system for some reason. Please rest assured we always endeavor to dispatch items within 24 working hours of the order being placed to help with a speedy delivery service.
